Uncle Tom's CabinUncle Tom's Cabin is located right here in the town of Dresden. It is the number one tourist attraction in our area. A feature attraction in the Underground Railroad Tour, it is the actual site of "The Dawn Settlement", a place where Uncle Tom (Josiah Henson) provided fugitive slaves an opportunity for a new beginning in the true land of freedom: Canada. Dresden RacewayThe Dresden Raceway is the only racetrack in Chatham-Kent. It features a 1/2 mile track for harness racing events. Simulcast wagering is available seven days a week.
